Our Success Story...
The owners started their business in 2017 and grew it into a multi-million dollar enterprise within just seven years. After receiving multiple offers due to the prestigious reputation they built, they sold the company to the largest family-owned pest control business in North America. In addition to their business success, the owners turned around a state association in less than two years and have mentored several start-up businesses. They are actively involved in various organizations that benefit their local community. The owners also implemented new rules and regulations for the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry and are recognized in the community as the power couple of pest control. They have received several awards, including the Acadiana Choice Awards, Gold Standard, and Best in Industry. Furthermore, they led the initiative for online recertification for all technicians.
Meet Jeff Hargrave, Principal Consultant
Jeff is an Associate Certified Entomologist with over 35 years of experience in business management. As a former business owner, he successfully grew a small entrepreneurial venture into a multi-million-dollar enterprise. Currently, Jeff serves as the President of LIPCA, Inc., a Louisiana-based insurance company owned by pest control operators. He has also held the positions of Past President and former Treasurer of both the Louisiana Pest Management Association and the Acadiana Pest Control Association. Additionally, Jeff is a long-time member of the Rules Committee for the Structural Pest Control Commission within the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry.

Meet Kimi Hargrave, Principal Consultant
Kimi has over 20 years of experience as an Account Executive for a global Fortune 500 company. She is the Past President of the Acadiana Pest Control Association Board of Directors and currently serves as the Treasurer for the Louisiana Pest Management Association. Kimi is actively involved in Professional Women in Pest Management and is a former member of the Louisiana Economic Development CEO Roundtable. Additionally, she participates in various local philanthropic organizations. Kimi is passionate about empowering women to achieve their long-term business goals and has sponsored and participated in the NPMA Professional Women in Pest Management Conference.
